What is InterScambio?
InterScambio is an exchange participant program, promoting intercultural learning through student exchange. It allows participants who leave their home countries to spend anywhere between a few weeks and an entire year within a foreign country. During this time, participants must attempt to learn and improve their English language and thus experience the culture through direct application.

Studying abroad has the potential of being a life changing experience for a participant. The aim of our program will give the participant a better opportunity to immerse them self in a new culture, pursue credits towards education and even have the opportunity to connect with other participants from around the world. Exchange participants will practice living independently and to try to act responsibly.

The ultimate goal of sending Italian participants to live and study abroad is to promote and offer a lifelong intercultural learning experience. This helps participants develop knowledge, skills and understanding needed to face the challenges of this world, and to encourage them to be open, adaptable and curious about cultural differences that they will inevitably encounter.

We welcome young students from all over Italy, and hosts to help them grow as people to have a better approach towards cultural differences and towards the world as a whole. How to partner with us
InterScambio participants will be staying with a host in an English speaking country. We have programs focused on home stays, school, language skills, and cultural activities. Participants live with hosts, participate in educational activities and enjoy their new communities. Hosts and volunteers are essential to accomplish our work. There are many ways to partner with us!
